Step by Step. We'll guide you to getting started today!

Step 1: Initial Consultation/FREE Trail Session
Talk either in person or over the phone, and experience a free trail session, no strings attached, to make sure we're the right fit for you.

Step 2: Programming and Training
After the initial meeting, our trainer will go away and start devising a plan for your fitness goals. Once complete, the trainer will guide you through not only your training but also why certain programming decisions have been made, so you're never left in the dark.

Step 3: Student becomes the Master
Our goal for you is to make you self-sufficient when training. Our goal is to teach you all the necessary tools and methods to complete your training solo. We'll still be there if needed for extra motivation, however!

It's only a 5 min walk from Gunnersbury Station. Our Chiswick Gym Location is an old converted church and provides the perfect space to train in. It's never too busy, and very spacious.
